Enliven your virtual meetings with a mini animal
....and treat the NHS at the same time!

Invite one of the Good Day Out little animals to crash your virtual meeting!

Have the pleasure of seeing one of our animals live at their farm in the Brecon Beacons in Wales, with the added bonus that half the funds raised will go towards our Good Day Out Treats for the NHS fund. This fund is for NHS staff and Careworkers to receive substantial discounts and special treats on any Good Day Out experiences when the Coronavirus crisis is over.

Book your virtual experience with one of our little animals who will be filmed live on demand! Choose from a mini donkey (Maverick, Goose or Bertie) who will potter about grazing, Betty the standard donkey who usually stands about looking a bit sad, a little pig snuffling or sleeping (Holly, Hazel, Willow or Babz, maybe even a pile of pigs all at once), a fluffy pony (Snow, who looks like a unicorn), Daisy the little duck or even Toro the guinea pig.

The appearances will be your animal of choice & can be timed to attend a Zoom meeting, or can also be relayed by Skype or Whatsapp. Slots are generally 15 minutes and we aim to be punctual for any pre-agreed time. For corporate meetings we would normally have the mic on silent as it can be noisy outdoors with all that nature, but happy to chat if you prefer a more informal Zoom-bombing!

Please book a date, and we will be in touch as quickly as possible about your preferred animal attendee and timing, or let us know if you would like to buy this as an undated gift for someone else.

Our Treats for the NHS discounts and treats will depend on the amounts raised and these will be promoted when appropriate, but will be based on as fair criteria as we can manage – we want to say thank you! The other 50% of funds from this virtual experience will go towards the upkeep & welfare of the participating animals. Although you may think the fee is expensive, whilst the crisis lasts the animals all still need feed, shelter and attention to their health along with contact and mucking out twice a day. This is a way of supporting them until we can start our normal activities again.

Should you wish to be really generous, do feel free to buy multiple vouchers! We also have “pay it forwards” gift cards where you can give to this fund without the virtual experience. Please visit our Gift section if you prefer this.

The £50 price is based on half the amount going to our Treats for the NHS Fund but we are really flexible and if you can’t afford this but would love a Zoom, Skype or Whatsapp meet with any of our animals, please do let us know and we will do our best to give you a Good Day Out virtual experience. Especially if you are a key worker, let us know – we would love to give back.

Good Day Out has been offering small group experiences that help people to engage with the landscape, animals and conservation for the last 6 years. All our experiences are held within very small groups or are available as private sessions, and are perfect ways to re-tune your health and wellbeing. With many participants who suffer from PTSD or other anxiety issues, as well as people just wanting to have a good day out, we have perfect days out to relax and unwind. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.
