Spend a couple of gentle hours on a cooking experience, learning how to make authentic Nepalese Momo dumplings along with an accompanying minestrone soup and dipping chutney…..then enjoy eating them!
Momos are commonly served as a starter in Nepalese and Indian restaurants, served with a dip, but traditionally they are eaten as a simple meal with a noodle soup and a tomato sauce.
This is a small group hands-on cooking lesson experience with an experienced Nepalese chef who lives locally in the Brecon Beacons National Park. Ramu, your chef, will demonstrate the recipe and technique then you will be help make hand-shaped Momos that will be steamed whilst he makes soup and chutney, talking you through the techniques and recipes that you will be given to take home with you.
When the food is ready, your small group will sit and eat together and you can ask Ramu about Nepalese cooking and culture whilst enjoying the delicious meal.
